Hello dear reader, my name is Ilaria, in the past I would have said I’m an artist, but from now on I think to prefer I’m an author.

I was born and raised in a small village near the sea in the centre of Italy, a beautiful and quiet place too small though for my vision of future, so I moved with my partner to Manchester where I still live and work. I studied illustration and traditional painting for publishing but I work as Matte Painter in the animation industry.

I have a big passion for photography, journalism and telling stories and that’s why I took the decision to open this journal.
